The Future of Photography

For your assignment, you are to write a few paragraphs about where you think Photography will be in 25 years. Speculate on what you think that the future of Photography will be. Holograms, wearable cameras, organic lenses? Who will have cameras? How will they work? What will people be taking pictures of? How will they share them with others?

     In the future, I think that photography will continue to become easier and more accessible for anyone. By this, I mean that the pricing of equipment that takes good photos will become cheaper, and new inventions will come out. I think professional cameras will become smaller, and the saving of images taken on these cameras will be instant. 

     There may be advancements of photo sharing on the cloud, maybe this could be done with some sort of virtual reality. There are computers that are currently being produced that use clear glasses with a hologram video screen. Everyone in the future may have an advanced version of this technology that takes photos and shares them with either our hands or our eyes.
    People will be taking pictures of everything in the future as society becomes more obsessed with technology. People will take picture of the same things they take pictures of now, but I am sure new art styles will emerge, possibly more simple photos, with a minimalist look. I think the future will have a lot of people still taking selfies, and that the virtual reality camera will have snapchat on it, where many take selfies and put text on them and chat with their friends. 

     Photography has greatly advanced from where it was twenty five years ago, so it would make sense for even more advancements to happen to the world of photography in the upcoming twenty five years.
